Welcome to The Interview Guy! We are dedicated to assisting applicants in preparing for U.S. visa interviews with tailored guidance. We strongly advise you to review these Terms and Conditions carefully before availing yourself of our services to ensure a smooth and informed experience with The Interview Guy. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities for using our services, ensuring a clear understanding of our scope, limitations, and mutual commitments. By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Service Scope
The Interview Guy provides mock interview sessions, personalized guidance, and tips specifically designed for applicants preparing for U.S. visa interviews under the B1/B2 category.
Our services are exclusively available to clients with valid visa appointments or those intending to apply for a U.S. visa. This applies specifically to individuals seeking U.S. visas under the B1/B2 categories and applicants submitting visa applications from GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council).
Guidance extends to the inclusion of guests;
- A friend or family member accompanying the applicant,
- A parent of an applicant aged 14-21 years.
- A family member accompanying an applicant over 80 years old
- Applicants facing language barriers
Guests can only be included in a visa application if they are part of the same application as the primary applicant. This guidance does not extend to unrelated individuals or separate visa applications.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their visa applications, interview appointments, and supporting documents.
Only by fully disclosing all relevant details, can we offer tailored assistance. Transparency allows us to guide applicants effectively on how to approach their interview and address any unique situations that may arise.
Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in delays or limitations in our services.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, appointment cancellations under this Agreement must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours prior to the appointment may qualify for a 50% refund. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Clients may reschedule their appointment for a $45 rescheduling fee, provided the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
All service fees must be paid in full before the session begins. Payments are non-refundable in the following situations:
- If the client’s visa application is denied or rejected by the U.S. Consulate/Embassy.
- If the client misses their mock interview or consultation without notifying us in advance.
Refunds will only be granted if The Interview Guy is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
We prioritize the confidentiality of our client’s information. All personal details, including documents, visa-related information, and any other shared data, are handled with the utmost care and stored securely. Our team follows strict protocols to safeguard sensitive data, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access. We ensure that no information is disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with the client’s explicit consent. Our commitment to maintaining your privacy extends to all stages of our services, from the initial consultation to the final guidance session.
5. Limitations of Liability
The Interview Guy solely provides consultation and guidance to help and support clients, but we cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa or the success of any application. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or complications arising from the visa application process, incomplete documentation, errors in the client’s application, or decisions made by the U.S. Consulate/Embassy. Our role is strictly to offer preparation and support, and we do not have any influence over the decision-making process of immigration authorities. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of the fees paid for the specific service provided.
6. Modification of Terms
The Interview Guy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, ensuring they reflect the most current practices, services, and legal requirements. Any changes made will be communicated to clients promptly, and they will be notified before their next session or consultation. These updates may include adjustments to our service offerings, payment policies, cancellation guidelines, or any other aspects related to the services we provide. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, as continued use of our services after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. By maintaining transparency and flexibility, we aim to provide clients with the best possible experience while ensuring that our services remain compliant with all relevant legal and operational standards.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By using our services, you agree that any disputes or legal matters arising from or related to these terms, including any issues with service delivery, payments, or cancellations, will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE. This ensures that any conflicts are resolved under the legal framework of the UAE, offering both parties a clear understanding of their rights and obligations.
